HVAC SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS, BOILER/FURNACES & HOT WATER HEATER MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, & INSPECTION SERVICES

– INVITATION FOR BID DOUGLAS PUBLIC SCHOOLS Superintendent’s Office, 21 Davis Street, Douglas, Massachusetts 01516. The Douglas Public Schools will receive sealed Bids for the following: Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system (s), and controls, boiler/furnaces & hot water heater maintenance, repair, & inspection services for all school buildings for the period of July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2025 at the Superintendent’s Office until Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. In hand deliveries of Sealed Bids shall be accepted only if received between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools. The Invitation For Bid document will be available beginning Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Superintendent’s Office or by calling 508-476-7901. The School Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The School Committee must approve the contract.
